Recognizing the complexities and frustrations associated with document discrepancies and lengthy verification procedures for Transfer of Pension, PBGEN DINDO R REYES, Director, PRBS, introduced a virtual “Kamustahan” to directly address these issues. This is PRBS’ significant step in reaching out with their clients especially those in far flung areas, towards resolving the challenges faced by them in the process.
This endeavor provided a platform for applicants nationwide to directly address their concerns and ensured a more streamlined communication process between PRBS and claimants. Recently, a total of 23 cases were discussed, 20 of which were resolved, while three cases were for further investigation.
This proactive initiative demonstrated PRBS’ commitment to improve the efficiency of the TOP process, minimizing delays, and ensuring that beneficiaries receive their rightful pensions in time.
